Cancellations
All order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once 24 hours have passed, all sales are final.

Return / Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product offering, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on any limited edition or rare items. This includes but is not limited to Blotter Prints, Fine Art Prints, Show Prints, Fine Art, Glass, Moodmats, Apparel, Collectibles, Sculptures. All sales are final.

However, we do accept returns on Books within 14 days of delivery. All book returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and customers must provide return shipping.

Submit a Return Request
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

Shipping Damages
Please ensure to visually inspect both the inside and outside of the package. If you've received a package that appears damaged, notate and photograph all damage and defects and email us asap. This is essential for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier and to assist you with a return, replacement or repair.
