BACKGROUND / Santa Ana born & based, University of Redlands Graduate (Integrative Studies), studied Painting at Florence Academy of Art in Italy, known for her minimalist & monochromatic portraits of people partaking in a plethora of passionate (& provocative!) activities, blends fantasy and reality through the lens of jam band culture to illustrate how beautiful people are when they are engaging in something they enjoy, hopes to empower people in terms of identity and expression as well as imbue daily life with happiness and humor
INFLUENCED BY / the beauty of people doing what they love, Patti Smith, literature & philosophy, Kama Sutra, Frida Kahlo & Picasso in Jenn's earlier years, Artist / Activist Eric Drooker because opened her eyes to the power of art and the artist's responsibility to use art to evoke change, Wes Anderson, the intersections of truth, identity, and belonging
