The Halloween 2023 Van Andel Scramble, presented by Rassle Rumblemania, was held at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan on 10/31 as part of the Fall 2023 Tour. The concert included live music by Billy Strings, Billy Failing, Royal Masat, Jarrod Walker, Alex Hargreaves and special guests Sierra Hull, John Mailander, Chris Pandolfi, Molly Tuttle, Bill Nershi, Mark Lavengood and Duane Trucks.
